Have you gotten hooked on Next Iron Chef? The videos are online. I recommend the fifth show. This Sunday's the finale. :-)

I was looking for a recipe for chicken with 40 cloves of garlic and came upon this food blog. It incorporates little video snippets to show some of the steps and it's written entertainingly.
